Our reception only package is perfect for the bride that wants a great reception, but is looking for a DIY ceremony. Don’t worry, if you want a reception only package, but want to add something from a full package, we can work that out for you.
All reception packages include:
- Planner to help plan your special day
- Invitation to one of our “Wedding Weekends” to allow you to plan your entire wedding and meet all your wedding vendors in one place!
- Reception director for the day of the wedding to ensure your reception goes off without a hitch.
- Photography for the ceremony and reception. Coverage time and number of pictures changes with the package size and many upgrades are available.
- Our professional DJ’s with a state of the art sound system
- Catering selected from our catering page with upgrade options available. Coffee and Tea included.
- Bartender(s). Soda, wine, liquor and beer are sold per glass.
- Centerpieces for your tables at the reception chosen from our expansive selection.
- All plates, silverware, linens, napkins, chairs, tables.
- A wedding cake. Size depends on package. Upgrades available.
- All staff for the catering, bar, set up and clean up.
- A worry free day knowing you are a Beach Ball Bride and have a team of people working together every day to make weddings perfect!

Potential Upgrades:
- A bouquet of 18 roses or 3 hydrangeas or 8 gerber daises for the bride and a starfish boutonnière for the groom. Our florist can customize your wedding to your hearts content.
- Minister or officiant for the ceremony
- Choice of Violin or Guitar for the ceremony

Deposits are payable by cash, check, Visa or Master Card. We will be happy to price out additional flowers, food items etc. We have unique favors, gifts, custom decorations, photography packages and much more available. Additional reception time can be purchased. We have 30 years of wedding experience on the Outer Banks and references from brides and vendors are available. We take the stress and expense out of your wedding experience!!!!
