House cured Salmon gravlax pinwheels over summer berry salad with blue, black and straw berries with mixed greens tossed in lemon basil dressing. $12

Lobster and scallop risotto with black truffle, asparagus and pepper crusted filet medallion. Garnished with white truffle oil and tarragon. $40
Pan seared swordfish over au-gratin potato cake with lemon herb asparagus. $27
