Pepper crusted, boursin stuffed filet atop garlic and chive roasted potato cake with local organic wax and green beans & a roasted vegetable cream sauce. $32

Oven seared salmon over vegetable rice pilaf with soy-ginger wilted spinach & a soy-cream peanut sauce. $26

Grilled dolphin wrapper in a garlic herb tortilla with tomato, tropical salsa, spinach & pesto mayo. $9

Lemon cured salmon gravlax salad over baby field greens with hard boiled egg, pickled onion, heart of palm and grape tomatoes tossed in a dried wine vinaigrette. $9

House smoked salmon salad melt with Swiss cheese, baby greens and tomato on sourdough loaf. $8
