Dinner:

Greek oregano rubbed Colorado lamb chops with bleu cheese tabouli salad sauté of julienned vegetables and tzatziki. $33

Grilled Swordfish and jumbo shrimp over a sauté of chickpea, baby carrot, haricot verts, and sweet corn in a roasted red pepper and lemon grass broth. $28

Veal chop with a mushroom marsala veal stock reduction, roasted fingerlings and baby green beans. $28

Greek oregano rubbed Colorado lamb chop over local organic greens tossed in a dilled yogurt sauce with bleu cheese tabouleh and toasted pita points. $10

Chipotle barbecued tilefish sandwich on toasted sourdough with grilled pineapple, caramelized onion, organic baby greens and melted Swiss cheese. $9
