Greek oregano rubbed Colorado lamb chops with bleu cheese tabouli salad saute of julienned vegetables and tzatziki. $33

Grilled Swordfish and jumbo shrimp over a saute of chickpea, baby carrot, haricot verts, and sweet corn in a roasted red pepper and lemon grass broth. $28

Chipotle-pineapple BBQ tilefish over toasted macadamia and coconut rice with wilted spinach. $26
