Lunch specials for First Friday, June 4th

Lunch:
Blackened mahi-mahi wrapper with pepper jack cheese, tomato, pickled onion, baby spinach with herb aioli in a grilled garlic-herb tortilla. $10
Herb crusted Colorado lamb chop stuffed with mushrooms and served over local organic greens tossed with lemon-berry vinaigrette, goat cheese, cucumbers and sun dried tomatoes. $10
Pistachio crusted salmon over herb gnocchi, chickpea and summer squash with tomato marmalade. $12
Chipotle barbecued tilefish sandwich on toasted sourdough with grilled pineapple, caramelized onion, organic baby greens and melted Swiss cheese. $9
