Herb crusted Colorado lamb chop stuffed with mushrooms and served over local organic greens tossed with lemon-berry vinaigrette, goat cheese, cucumbers and sun dried tomatoes. $10
Pistachio crusted salmon over herb gnocchi, chickpea and summer squash with tomato marmalade. $12
Chipotle barbequed tilefish sandwich on toasted sourdough with grilled pineapple, caramelized onion, organic baby greens and melted Swiss cheese. $9
