Herb crusted Colorado rack of lamb stuffed with mushroom duxelle and served over gruyere au gratin potatoes with asparagus and thyme infused veal glace. $33

Pecan crusted salmon with basmati rice, organic broccoli and cauliflower, garnished with honey-basil tomato chutney. $28

Chipotle-pineapple BBQ tilefish over toasted macadamia and coconut rice with ginger soy wilted spinach. $26
